Hi again,

The question:
What can I do to get closer to him and for him to get closer to me?

The answer:
First hexagram - 2
Second hexagram - 29

Does it mean that in order to get closer to him I need to take risks? That's how I see it, but I'm not sure I'm reading it the right way.

I think it's the first one.
I was definitely more concentring on how I would be able to get closer to him.
