Had an intense a specific dream last night. I think this means to not worry about it too much ...just let it go, and it'll work out?

You do not say if this is an intense good dream or intense bad dream of the nightmare type.

Dreams can be strong messages for us all to take note of. Just letting it go, i.e ignoring the message completely may be the wrong tack to take here. This is perhaps something that you should take note of and not get unduly caught up in.
