"good job blue angel for not blowing a gasket on impulse and coming for advice first".
So, I should go with the flow, as a river does? Being all wet can be fun or annoying... depending how you see it. How does being wet make one beautiful? If the sun is glistening off of you I suppose or you were baptised in the river. Could it be saying if the river is raging, let it rage. Or all wet as in flowing tears? The beauty of feeling and allowing ones self to feel? Please elaborate on your thoughts.
Hi all,
Long time since I've posted a question on here... I'm angry. Fuming. I received a message from my spouse, really upset me. I asked Iching "how should I feel about this message?" I was thinking I would get 12 or 39. Or even some advice on how I should respond or deal with this, even though that's not what I asked. What are your thoughts? Honestly the only thing I can think line 3- "beautiful as if dipped in water", is like its saying "good job blue angel for not blowing a gasket on impulse and coming for advice first". 27- seeking nourishment before deciding, 22- its all superficial nonsense not to be worried about? I definitely don't feel "beautiful as if dipped in water" that thought makes me laugh. So perhaps iching is being humorous with me.

So then I ask, "how should I respond to this message? " answer, 22.3.5>42. I will come back and give my own interpretation, I am just too upset to do it now. Which is why I post. Hoping for some of your insight and clarity to calm me... almost the same answer... is line 5, simply saying its not as big of a deal as I am making it out to be?
Thank you,
Blue_Angel
He can be quite arrogant, I do wonder if he's inlove with himself, at times
Backing up a little bit, I've never connected how I felt "charming" or graceful (W/B) in any way connected with line 3. I typically felt more as you'd described. I was not even in a good mood, and though the logic seems odd, yes, I guess I was fuming over something more than tip-toeing through the tulips. However, seeing this gave me incentive to try and perk up my countenance, which is why perseverance brings good fortune.
In electric guitar playing gear there is a dry output and a wet output. The dry is crisp, defined, snappy, while the wet output carries switchable effects, such as reverb, vibrato, echo, phase shifting, chorus - the pretty stuff. Too much pretty stuff drowns out the punch and clarity of the notes, washes them together, This is how I see line 3.
River came to mind because a river has a an open mouth, like 27, and like the mouth of a river, nourishment goes in and also out with the tide, just as food and drink goes in and our words come out. I think it reminds us to go easy on the effects and keep it crisp and clear.
hey Bruce,
thanks for backing up my fire/fuming idea (the second of which was actually inspired by Lise's notes o22 as moxibustion ). Seems that some good ole trigram discussion falls too heavy around here these days
I'm angry. Fuming.
Hi Dora,
Not sure what you mean by trigram discussion falling too heavy. Do you mean too much or too little of it? Or something else?
