Ashteroid retreated to the mountains and took a vow of silence after brexit cast
s fiasco
Ok ok I'll try to interpret this one.
Move by truck? 31
Richmond:
Influence. Attraction.
Continuance brings success.
Marrying a young girl is good fortune.
Keeping the furniture bodes well. Staying connected with it (31 was once mentioned as connection, a reading about building a bridge in Takashima's book.)
Wilhelm:
Thus the superior man encourages people to approach him by his readiness to receive them.
Welcome the movers with open heart?
Opposite of 31 is 41 'Two small bowls for the sacrifice' - would mean give it away I suppose.
Give away? 61
First thought was - keep the whole matter to yourself, don't involve others. Like don't count on their support to come and take it away.
Opposing is 62 where the advice is 'In his expenditures he gives preponderance to thrift' and 'Remaining lowly brings good fortune' - supporting the idea of parting with bulky stuff.
And then the 61 says, Legge:
(Moves even) pigs and fish, and leads to good fortune.
There will be advantage in crossing the great stream.
There will be advantage in being firm and correct.
Moves all things (with him) and crosses the great distance.
I think moving by truck is best. 31 even looks like something valuable (3,4,5) inside a truck, 1 and 2 lines being the wheels and frame, 6th - top.
Yes, I see what you mean, Trojina -- and both answers do point back to my desires and
my inner truth.
Sometimes, even if the matter has little consequence, it is fun to see how the YI will reply, often incorporating images and specifics that are quite pertinent to the matter.
Example: I asked, "Will I manage to sell my PULL UP BAR and WEIGHT BENCH for the asking price?"
Sometimes sporting goods do sell but these have been posted for 24 hours online and only one person has replied, offering me $20 (instead of the $50 I'm asking for BOTH a bench and a pull up bar).
Since the changing lines result in 42 (Increase), my first hunch is that I will make the sale, -- an increase for me.
The first (bottommost) line, divided, shows its subject not perpetuating the matter about which the contention is. He will suffer the small injury of being spoken against, but the end will be fortunate.
* This shows me not accepting the $20 bid.
The second line, undivided, shows its subject unequal to the contention. If he retire and keep concealed where the inhabitants of his city are only three hundred families, he will fall into no mistake.
* I should withdraw to my own neighborhood and forget about the sale for a few days.
The fourth line, undivided, shows its subject unequal to the contention. He returns to the study of Heaven's ordinances, changes his wish to contend, and rests in being firm and correct. There will be good fortune.
*Here I cease trying to sell my sporting equipment. I consider donating it all to charity, having studied Heaven's Ordinances. Or I no longer worry about selling the goods. I study Heaven's ordinances, putting it all in God's hands. Then there is good fortune, because somebody needs the weight bench and pull up bar and is happy to buy both for such a good price.
What do you think?
I don't know if Sixth Relative's method would shine any light...
July 12 : Shall I transport my bed or give it away?
...
I received 55u
And with 61 your inner truth looms large, by which I mean your own world is massive to you on the inside but it isn't on the outside, the reverse of 62. So it can pay to remind oneself with 61uc I think that although something seems a big deal to you it doesn't mean it's a big deal....but it is if it is to you. I don't mean that to sound dismissive BTW, I moved last year and it was a big deal to me. One thing I did note is that when the removal guys carried my furniture out of my old place it looked like totally different furniture to the furniture I'd been living with. Out of context of the small flat it looked smaller and shabbier and I got rid of it eventually. When you take furniture with you it actually doesn't look like the same furniture in the new place.
Actually speaking only from experience, Yi aside, I think it's better to let old furniture go rather than take it with you unless it has great sentimental value.
My first impression of 6.1.2.4>42 is give up trying to sell it and let it go gladly. 42 is the nature of the time around the question. You are in a time of increase really don't hang around to haggle over the sale of these things let them go, give them to charity. 6.1 is telling you not to continue contending for the price you want, 6.2 to return to your own pressing business....do you have time for this ? 6.4 the peaceful putting to bed of the issue.
Again Yi aside I always give objects away rather than sell them. I find the cycle of profit (42) is greater this way. The more generously you give the more you receive. That sums up 42 for me. Just get rid of the stuff and it will benefit someone and you will find at some point you will find something you need very easily and cheaply.
