I don't know whether to view this as a positive reading with some really difficult struggles at the beginning yet will be ok after some time or see it as a caution that this piece of meat will be extremely tough to chew. It sounds to me like there will be lots of problems and I'm not sure if these problems are worthwhile for me to deal with and make the change? I also feel that the oracle is letting me know that if I do accept the offer that I must be aware of the difficulties to come however if I stick with it and work hard through the struggles that good fortune will be on the horizon. Still confused with the reading.

Action means honor. Does this mean it's ok whether I take the offer or deny it, no matter what decision I make, it's up to me to find happiness and success within? Is the oracle advising me not to get overwhelmed with this decision and let things flow and follow my heart?

This has been bugging me for a while now. I had given up on this company however they came back and pursued me further and willing to wait until august or September for me to come on board. Again I'm extremely thankful for the support this community has given me and would love to hear your thoughts on this.

Are you struggling in your current company?
Is management too strict, is your current job too tough?
21 to 2 shows a struggle which then stops (2, empty).
So either your current struggle will end, or there will be a struggle initially which then stops.

If you deny the offer, you'll make-do with what little money you earn (29.2) and stay where you are (8).

Thank you again for your interpretations; it’s always so concise and extremely helpful.

My current company is extremely relaxed and no micromanaging what so ever as long I continue to have positive results and produce. Since I’m commissioned, there will be months that I earn more and there may be months that are a tad bit slower however I haven’t been struggling except for the month of January since I was on a long vacation in December however I made those numbers up following month.

Im just curious how the reading pertains to my current company that I’m at when the question was towards results if accept offer to new X company in August.

Did you mean to ask if the new company may be micromanaging and I might struggle at first if I accept the offer in August?

For the second question if I deny the offer, your interpretation is I’ll make due with the little money earned with my current company? Does this mean that if I go with X company that I will produce more than what I’m doing now?

21 is mainly about anger and punishment and strictness. Since this is not already happening where you are, then it will happen if you accept the offer. Not sure if it will happen at your current position before you leave, or in the new place. Looking now at the hidden lines (35.4 and 23.6) I'm guessing that maybe they'll be pissed off with you at your current job, if you tell them you're leaving.

Just wanted to let you know that I’m still at my current company. Positive results and numbers this year so I’m not complaining.

Lots of changes with upper management but it’s only been positive changes.
