1.6 to 43 artistic project

I know I asked quite many questions lately, but this one is about work for a change.

It's an artistic project I've been working on since February. It was supposed to be small, and I already did that part, but now I'm asked to contribute more. I'm not sure whether I should keep working on it, because it's quite apart from my other activities and because of personal issues. On the other hand, I really like doing this and it could be a chance in my career, and I already started some things because I was hoping I'd be asked to keep working on it.

My question: How should I handle my artistic project?

I Ching answer: 1.6 to 43 Creative Force -> Deciding

I must admit I don't understand the answer at all. Does it say I should keep spreading the original message (the idea I worked around in February)? Should I keep working on it at all? Will it be successful, and what's the risk coming from line 6?

Thank you for your insight!

I don't know what translation you're using, but I much prefer 43 as something like "Break-Through", because when you think about it it makes so much sense in relation to the structure of the hexagram. 5 yang lines are breaking through/pushing forward to the last of the yin.

That said, 1 means pure Yang energy, an effort to make change. Keep working with all your might and mind and it will lead to a breakthrough: GOOD FORTUNE. A very positive sign. The text you're reading, something like this:

Nine at the top means:
Arrogant dragon will have cause to repent.

Simply means: "Know to quit when you've completed your goal. Don't be too cocky and try to reach a completely unreachable perfection". No worries.

So get at it!

Oh, thanks! Some good news at last. I think I understand the arrogant dragon warning. I tend to be pedantic.
