10.1,2>12 this is me

Hi again, as I previously written, I'm in a perdiod of confusion, so I tried to ask I ching how I am at the moment, how it sees me.
The answer was hex 10.1,2 that is a good picture: I'm in a hard time, there are dangers around me, but if I go on it seems that I will succeed. I really need to trust it, but the hex 12 worries me: I read it could mean inner growth,a good thing, but many interpretations are not positive, this hex is about faults...

How does the I Ching see me?
10.1.2 > 12

Lines 1 and 2 are fortunate. I think of hexagram 10 as resoucefully dealing with nebulous forces. Whichever way the wind blows, the sailboat can be kept on course. Hexagram 12 suggests that associates should be selected carefully else they may divert you from your goals.
