12.4 to 20

Hi there,

I have been growing a small private practice (child psychology) for a number of years. I consulted an astrologer who said the area I have my practice set up in is not conducive for getting my name out there and building a business- there's a block which I would agree with.
Over the years I plugged away, garnering my skills and getting my name out there slowly.

In the last month I have had the opportunity to join forces with an organisation who have started sending me business and are interested in doing more business with me. We have a meeting arranged for this week. I'm so excited about the meeting but don't know what they might offer and am finding it difficult to know how to prepare for the meeting.

I asked: "How do I prepare for the meeting so that it can be as good as I hope"

I got 12.4 - 20.

This seems to acknowledge the block and the idea if I just be myself and let them see the work I do that there may well be an opportunity. The image of a nest and working with children seems also inherent, although I'm new to interpreting iching.

Any thoughts?

Hi damock, no offense meant, but you abandoned the majority of your own threads and/or didn't comment on answers that people here gave you. Honestly, I find it demotivating to answer on requests of people who do so. Maybe it would be a good moment now to give some feedback on your old threads, what do you think?

Apologies about that but I actually dont know how to find my own threads. I have made every effort to look for them and have replied as much as possible. Thanks for the feedback though. I didn't realise.

You left click on your user name and go to view profile and then you look for latest started threads.

You haven't replied on some at all.. I'll go and bump them to the top so you can.

Equinox you have exceeded your private message storage so I cannot answer you.

Damock if you want to complain about us pointing out you didn't respond to other threads you posted then use the report button which is the triangular thing under posts or message Hilary who owns the forum and has responsibility for it. (saying that as Damock complained to us in PM...)

..and frankly yes it is perfectly fine to try to limit the whole of the 'use it and walk away ' culture we encounter so often here. Okay so you didn't intend that at all but many just don't bother and then go on to post new threads and as regular voluntary respondents hell yes I think we have a right to say...politely,( and equinox was very polite and so was I, found your thread and told you how to find yours) that a person has started a new query without ever going back to their previous respondents.

And if we don't have that then frankly this isn't somewhere I want to be because it's exploitative and inconsiderate of the time and care regular respondents offer. If we don't have that right then the 'volunteer is always wrong and only here to serve'....grovel grovel

You have offered an interpretation of your cast, which is great, but many don't they just throw a reading down and wait for 'service' and if they don't care for the service offered they walk off and post a new thread. That's how it can be, not always but quite often. You've come in at a time where some of us don't want that to be the norm any more and so yes I think it's okay to say 'what about these other threads you abandoned ?' especially when said as politely and nicely as equinox did

I will look at your answer later BTW but must go out into the world now

oh no she's left ….she left because she was politely asked to respond to an old thread.

Geez it really is consumer culture here...shop elsewhere service not good enough, unpaid service assistants don't know their place...really you can't get the staff these days...………………

well if you had of been here I would have answered later but now I can't as you have flounced off outraged by the excessive request made.....to er just go back to a thread you ignored with helpful tips as to how to find old threads
