Yes i agree thats what its saying. I'm answering cos i figure its about the guy you got 50.4.6 about. I think this reading fits with your previous one. There is some kind of problem with him, you are aware of it. Being aware of it and alert to it enables you to deal with it

wish there wasnt the problem so i need to find the solution perhaps if he felt more important then they may help

I may ask at some stage how can make him feel important but I will wait till i know exactly what I am asking

but the main this is i need to be aware and come up with a solution , things are really going well at the moment and I dont need someone turning things upside down after I have worked so hard to get them to this position
