Recently inquired about how something in doing at work will effect my job and drew this hex. Couldn't find much info but maybe I just don't know where to look?

Line 2 - take a break from additional activities for a while, just observe the circumstances.

Line 3
Richmond: Looking upwards is to look away from the matter in hand, looking for something that is not in our circumstances brings remorse because it is not available and we miss what is available (we come to it too late).
If you decide to do 'it' you will miss something important.

Line 4 - But when the important task appears, you will be ready to do it because your hands will be free (if you follow the advice of line 2 and heed the warning of 3).

Line 6
Richmond:
When we lose interest in a transition while it is happening to us we lose touch with the flow and become confused.
The Chinese image: Excessive repose (or over-confidence). At completion there is change and no error.

Warning: Don't be too passive. Act when it's time to act.

I think Hex 18 says that you want to fix something when 'it' should be left alone, take a break (Hex 16 - Repose).

Oh and the internal hexes are 39 1.2.3.4.5 (Obstacles) → 54 (Inferior position)
You can't do much (54, just wait) and if you try to - you will get obstacle upon obstacle upon ... a whole 5 lines of obstacles :)
