18.4.6>32 timeframe airports closed

I've asked the IC

'Until when will the european airports be closed due to the volcanic ash?'

Here the IC seems to be describing the reason for the present situation, the wind.

'Before Jia 3 days after Jia 3 days'

'Three days before Jia, three days after Jia .. Hexagram 15, 3 days before 18, is the moment of full moon. According to the 'Taoist I Ching' (tr. Thomas Cleary) Jia is the 'start' of the full moon.'

The next full moon will be on April, 29th. Is this saying the airports will remain closed until the 2nd of May?

Can't see anything in the lines or hex 32 though...

Any insights?

The answer suggests that the flights will resume when the "wind" blows the cloud away or after heavy "thunderstorms' which will bring the ash down to earth.

So it could still be awhile yet.
