A tarot reader told me I was going to be with someone by the end of october or beginning of november. The tarot reader said it was someone who works for the state such as a policeman or something like that, but since I work for the state as well (as a teacher) I asked the IC if I will meet him at work and I got 18 (6) changing to 46. Can you tell me what you think, please??? Thanks a lot.

It sure doesn't look like it, it seems that you will meet this person away from the work environment while relaxing or this person doesn't actually work for the state.
