2020 Election: 24.2.5 to 60 and 3.2 to 60

I have been seeing that Democrats will win in 2020. I feel that Mueller's report will come out in the coming months.

I asked, "What will happen in the 2020 elections?" 24.2.5 Returning to 60 Measuring.
Line 2 says, "Rest and return – good fortune." WIll voters be energized?
Line 5 says, "Great-hearted return – no regrets." Will there be good news?

I then asked, "What will the result be for the 2020 election?" 3.2 Sprouting to 60 Measuring. I got 60 again.
Line 2 says, "Now sprouting, now hesitating, now driving a team of horses. Not robbers at all, but marital allies. The child-woman's constancy – no children. Ten years go by, then there are children." Is this referring to young voters coming out in drives?

Well - 60 Limitations indicates a situation where perhaps you don't have a lot of choices. It is often said in elections you have your choice of the lesser evil - for example. However the lines do not indicate regrets such as when you have to pick your poison. They indicate a decision people are quite happy to make.
And 24 is about returning to one's roots... Returning to one's self, in the case of the US returning to yourself is kind of like saying "Make America great again..." No?
I know that's not what you want to hear, but that just jumped out at me immediately.
3.2 indicates a situation where initially there is misunderstanding, you have misjudged someone, so the woman withholds and it takes some time for results to manifest. But there is considerable strength involved, and she eventually cooperates and they get something (children) done.
