I’ve been looking for a house to buy for the last two years and it’s getting frustrating.

20 makes me think this year will be more a year for seeing rather than gettin anything.

20.4 could it possibly mean I will be hosted in someone’s house?!

although I have a tenancy agreement now, I doubt I would breach it and move all my stuff to a place where I don’t have any guarantee of staying.

Would appreciate any input. Otherwise stay tuned for an update in 12 months

Eeeeeer... this place is ok but it’s rather expensive and not really convenient. Also, I don’t have a proper kitchen.
But yes, I m not bad here and in a way I could stay longer and happily if I knew I could buy a house some day.

also I have some furniture at my ex landlady’s which I promised I would get back approximately this time of the year but I can’t until I find a larger place.

so you too think I won’t be buying in 2020 either

I am searching for some peace of mind and when a house will be bought it will be another big thing from my TO DO list that I will have checked/ticked.

Maybe a remote place (33) on the top of a hill (20) or high up in an apartment house? Looking out of the window, down on the city? Seeing the realm shining out in 20.4 says that as soon you meditated a bit and came to terms what you really want and need, things will move.

First think it over, I think that will be it. The Yi advises you to choose and buy your place with a serene, quiet mind! The change pattern Yang is 62 - small overstepping - maybe good to keep yourself together, and keep your strength, and there is no reason to give up!

I have often fantasized about living in a place with a small tower on top, it does sound like it!

You are contemplating (20) withdraw (33) from your current home. You go back and forth on what to do (20.3). But it's useful to rent/be a guest (I'm thinking current situation) of your landlord (20.4) while you figure out what to do in the future.
It's up to you. If you want to move, you certainly can. If you want to stay where you are until a better offer comes, that is ok as well. I see a lot of thinking and contemplating over leaving your current place, however and you really want to leave there.
Perhaps you will go back and forth about leaving this year and decide to stay where you are because it works for you, and you will retreat from house hunting.
OR
You will think about leaving and after much deliberation will decide to buy your own palace and retreat from where you are living now.
Would love an update.

A few weeks ago I casted again about house hunting and received again the line about being a guest of the realm.

I am curious to see what it means.

Well I've been a guest at my Mother's house for some time now, due to Covid 19.. I have no idea when I will be allowed to go back to my place, they keep moving the date further into an unclear remote future.

During this time, I am certainly seeing my life, making plans and weighing past decisions.
Hope this doesn't apply to the entire 2020!

I am starting to believe being a guest is more what @marybluesky said, renting out. I am losing enthusiasm about buying, and am getting tired of the city altogether.

I did back and forth all year round from my rented place to my Mom's house in another city, and from that house to her other house we have been renovating. There has been a lot of back and forth, and a lot of thinking and pondering.
Now I am even thinking about moving somewhere else.

I have the idea I won't be buying this year either, I will just be a guest in this house/city.

Watch out for an update in a few months - on this Yi channel!

Just a general side note. I feel like during Covid times there is inevitably a lot of Seeing and pondering happening. So maybe it is a good time to continue Seeing and contemplating until after it is all over. Who knows maybe real estate prices will go down drastically after 2020 and you will be able to score a sweet property!

I have seen a few former BnB already on the market.. unfortunately they seem to be as expensive as before.

But what you say it’s true and people say prices will fall.

Now that I think of it, when I asked about buying I originally got a cast that said that I would have acquired good fortune from someone's misfortune. That may well be corona-related!
