What you said sounds very reasonable to me. Since 22 is "Making Beautiful," it might also mean you did a good job with your resume. Did you take care with it, trying to format it attractively and so forth? Present yourself and your qualifications in their best light, but without exaggerating? ("The best you can do without exaggerating" could sound like 22.5, I think. )

The relating hexagram, 37, can be about roles, everyone playing their proper role in the home or organization so that it functions well. Is there anything along those lines going on here? Is the job you applied for a good fit for you? Is it a bit of a reach?

(Caveat: the reading sounds encouraging but it might not mean you'll actually get the job. You may or may not. I certainly don't think it says you won't, but it could simply mean your resume is well done and gives them everything they need to make a good, fair decision. If you're not hired it won't be because of the resume itself, is my guess.)

The person in the line (you) feels his gifts/talents are sub-par. (humiliation)

Amongst the wealth of the hills and gardens. (this successful company.)

But they are good enough.
(good fortune.)

It's a picture of the situation.
