I think the market is at a bit of a standstill in my area and there's nothing I can do right now. So the constancy of a mare, perseverance is probably apt. I took another reading and asked 'Why aren't people coming to view my property' and got 12.2 changing to 6. That seems to reflect my own thoughts and fits in with what you said Liselle. So maybe it's a matter of toughing it out?

Huh. I'm glad you understand 12.2 as an answer to your question, because I don't. "Blocked" in the context of "arguing with what is" - it seems to say people can't. Why would that be true? Is the house available for viewing at a good selection of hours, and so forth?

I saw it as 'blocked' in the context of flats aren't selling (ie: no one is viewing flats at the mo - it's mostly freeholds/houses). I spoke to 3 different agents today as well who said the same. One of the reasons seems to be that people are waiting to see if stamp duty will be abolished (budget on the 11th of March) and there's still apprehension in the market around the next stage of the Brexit negotiations. I took them to mean Stagnation and Conflict/Obstruction. Stagnation in the property market and conflict/obstruction of my plans (to sell) because of it.

However, I'm not an expert and I'm keen to hear your take on 12.2>6. Perhaps I've misread what it's saying? Bows.

Oh, I see. Ridiculous failure of imagination on my part, sorry. Hopefully things will pick up soon.

Humm.. so I asked the iChing another question - 'Please comment on why my flat's not selling' and got 8.3.4>31.
