24.1 as advice for healing a pattern? (Need help deepening understanding of this line)

Anyone up for helping me to deepen my understanding of 24.1? I’ve noticed a very ingrained intimacy pattern at work within my relationships.
I asked the yi for advice in healing it.
24.1 was the answer but it feels so uncomplicated I’m pretty sure I’m missing the message entirely? I sorta wanted one of those 5 line step by step answers haha.
Your wisdom would be much appreciated

I always see 24.1 as a return. Either to self, of something, to spirit, etc. I’m not sure how to use it as advice unless it’s simply saying a return to balance would heal this pattern? Or maybe observe it when I “return to it “(meaning the pattern) and course correct? I feel like I’m on the fringes of understanding but can’t quite get to the heart of its message.
