24.4.5 >17 getting a relationship back

Hi everyone,

I'm new here, and I would like to thank your help in advance.

I have recently separated from my husband. The process started earlier this year, with lots of confusion, and we finally split around September. I don't want to go into much detail, but these past months were terrible for me and I miss him a lot. Separating was not my idea nor something I supported at all, but you can't really force something like a relationship.
In any case, I still hold hopes of getting back together, but there's a lot of pain between us now.
So I asked the Yi the following question:
How should I act to get my husband back?
Answer --> hex 24 changing lines 4 and 5, changing to hex 17

Hexagram 24 is one I get often, and I always interpreted as his return, or as the return of my loving relationship with him... But I could be wrong.

It'd be great if I could hear your opinions on this reading.

Reading line 24.5 again... it invites to ask more.
So I did: "Specifically, how should I act to get his love back?"
Result was hex 53, no changes.
Is this an auspicious result? 53 is related to happy marriage, and also with slow progress. I'm ok with the fact that it could be slow and take a lot of work, I understand that it is probably the only way possible... But I think I need to know the possibility of success still exists.
Any thoughts?

I know I just posted my question yesterday, so I should probably wait a bit more to get some answers... I guess that's part of MY problem, being anxious and impacient!

My greatest issue is that I'm feeling my readings, or my interpretations, are "biased" by my desires and hopes. These 2 questions I posted, for instance, they speak to me of a time of waiting, BUT of a positive outcome in the end. And, at this point, a positive outcome to me is rebuilding my marriage, even if it has to be from scratch.

However, I don't want to delude myself. It's been incredibly hard for me to keep a straight head in these past months, so any help would be appreciated!

I would think your answer is positive.
24.5 advises you to admit your faults and maybe talk them out to resolve things.
24 on the whole mimics your question; it speaks of returning.. perhaps your husband returning.
24.4, leads me to think that perhaps your husband wanted to walk off, but he realises that his heart belongs to you.

How should you act? Hex 53 suggests slowly and gradually gaining back the trust and love by maybe doing the small things bit by bit. Not too fast but make it gradual..
