Actually this reading in null and void because I’ve tapped it with my hammer 
to tighten it. Potentially petty but anyway... my meighbour keeps using my water for my garden. My water is rainwater tanks only and it’s powered by electricity so every time you turn in the tap your not only using the water but my electricity as well. They don’t like the fact I’ve moved into this house as previously it was either empty or intermittent travellers staying. I asked them to stop but they use it when I go out so I put a sticky substance on the tap and power cord.
What is the possibility they’ll get the sticky substance on their hands

Line 3 - them unfairly using the tap and them not being impressed they can no longer get away with using it
