I'm thinking: That I wasn't seriously hurt, no need for medicine and to be happy the situation is over.

situation removed from my room
Acting brings blunders.
don't do anything else with regards to the incident
No direction bears fruit.’
no sure if this mean: if I get an order of protection or not things will remain the same.


Hexagram 24, Returning
uncertain as to what will return if I do nothing at all? or will the future days will return to normal after this incident?

I'm not sure what your situation is, but with just a quick look at this translation, 24 is saying rest/recover, return to your path. Do what you normally would do. 25 and the lines are saying to be down to earth, not do anything drastic, or don't take any strong action. Everything will be back to normal. Even though this reading is from many years ago, I wonder what the outcome was of the incident you refer to. I have just received the same reading about going into a work situation in another culture where I am worried about the management, how they will treat employees, and how I will cope. My interpretation is that it will go well if I do not try to change anything but stick to my duties. So I ask, did your situation iron itself out?
