What is the image of being with X this week and it's consequences over the long term? 27.3.4.5

The 3rd line seems to say that this is turning away from real nourishment and will bring misfortune.

The 4th line says turning to the summit for nourishment which is hard to know if that is being with her or a higher nourishment which may mean going back to my ex who is still very in my life and does not know about the new person.

The 5th is the hardest to understand and seems contradicting.

I've been broken up with my ex for months but there is still a very strong bond there and i know being with "X" will make getting back together with my "ex" further away.
Any help is appriciated.
Thanks

27.3 I agree, being with X will only worsen things. Just some impulsive action, temporary craving of sorts.

27.4 I think you are right, get wider view of the situation, maybe there are other game to hunt.

27.5 Advice - don't go on this path. Persevere(stay put) and work out the problems/blocks inside.

Very interesting transitional line 22.4 → 30 (Shining), Legge:
Shows one looking as if adorned, but only in white.
As if (mounted on) a white horse, and furnished with wings,
(he seeks union with the subject of the first line),
while (the intervening third pursues), not as a robber, but intent on a matrimonial alliance.

Describing ex-wife, X, and you.

30.5 → 13 (Fellowship), Richmond: Floods of tears. Piteous sighs. Good fortune.
Also an advice, reconsider this affair, maybe there is still a chance for reunion with ex-wife?
Or just that X is not for you.

Wow. that was kind of what i thought. Though i had thought the "persevere" meant to move forward. Thank you.
