The question posed was, "how do I find joy in my current job?" and this was the answer that came back. My problem is that I read it (via Stephen Karcher) as articulating, illuminating and becoming the "good colleague" providing I align with the purpose of the business. but another interpretation, especially in the changing lines leads me to think that there will be mourning and grieving (loss of job) followed by abundance somewhere else. Very confused so any input very welcome. Thank you

I think hexagram 30 referred to the ritual of calling back the dead, and since what is dead here is your joy in your job, How can it be called back? The resulting hexagram suggests participation in the rituals of your business. For example, if there are sports teams, join in. If there are celebrations, participate. You may find joy in your work by finding joy in your co-workers.
