My girlfriend left me 4 days ago, just before going on vacation with his father.

Hi there Spezzaneve. 30.1 can mean to find composure, being cautious, maybe centering yourself before acting in order to have a clear mind on what to do next. I think it's great what you did to just travel, think it out or even taking a break from it all. 30.1 reminds me of a chicken with out a head mentioning the confused steps, so just try not to be that with her at this time.
