Good morning, the question concerns a 4-year relationship, which I interrupted two months ago, which is making me suffer a lot. I would have liked confirmations from him but, apart from 3 phone calls to which I did not answer, there was silence on his part. I asked I ching how it evolves and the answer was hexagram 31. could you help me interpret it? I'm too involved to do it alone. For me, one of the meanings of Hex. 31 is about reciprocity (symbiosis, unity) - about give and take, perhaps about each person bringing something unique to the relationship. What confuses me however, is it seems that you are asking for communication, but then you don't take his calls? So it makes me wonder, where is the back-and-forth and the give-and-take?

I admit I had the very same question ^ in mind when I read your post...why you are not answering his calls if you want some "confirmation"? You said it was you breaking up with him, he nevertheless called you 3 times, you didn't take his calls ... what else is he supposed to do?
