There is this guy (I know some of you are rolling your eyes) for awhile that I have felt was interested in me, then I will feel like...nah, that's not what going on.

I asked "How does x feel about me?"

I am going to be honest, I have been asking the I-Ching about different men for several years and it's always accurately answered "no". I have gotten encouraging hexagrams that change not so encouraging...those were accurate too.

This is my first hmmmm....

What do you think about the answer? Has anyone gotten positive answers about relationships and the I Ching answered correctly? Or vice versa?

I see this as saying X is open to you.

In accord with what Bradford just posted, I have to ask: Are you open to X?

In consulting the I Ching, we like to say here at OnlineClarity to ask questions about yourself, not about how the other person thinks or feels. That is because the I Ching is not a fly on the wall, spying on another person's inner world for our benefit. Often when we ask the I Ching about another person, it will hold up a mirror and reflect the picture back to us that is obviously us, not the other person. So, try to construct your questions more from your own point of view and the matter will be much more easy to interpret.

Thank you both, I have never thought about if I was open to him. No sure that I am. Hmmm... The Ching makes you think.

I'm always apprehensive toward unchanging hexagrams, because I take that to mean that the situation has nowhere to go, it will remain in its present state. But Influence/Wooing/Unity is a pretty good state to stay in, so I'd take your reading as a good one.

"How does x feel about me?"

He wants to woo you basically. And he has thoughts of a relationship. I'm not so sure the I Ching can read minds but it can assess situations well, and this is its interpretation. Like gennie said, it's not a fly on the wall. But I think it's saying that if you reciprocate those feelings, a good relationship can blossom.

So yeah, I didn't really add anything new (except be wary of unchanging hexagrams) but I typed it out so there it is.
