31 Unchanging

Hi All,

I was wondering if Hex 31 has any connection to either shelter/living arrangements, or to income/employment.

I asked I Ching: What should my focus be in the coming months (where to live or what employment)?

31 unchanging was the response. I tried to word my question best I could, but maybe it wasn't worded well, in which case someone here might advise me.

Mutually beneficial would mean they're both benefiting equally of each other?

In light of what 31 unchanging seems to be saying, I thought I'd ask "Have I found the right place to live, in the condo building that will be available in a couple of years?" The response is 26.3.4>38. I'm not entirely sure if this is yes or no kind of response. The opposition part confuses me, maybe it means that there's opposition to the idea without the ability to pay for it via a better source of income (given 31 unchanging regarding housing and employment having a relationship)?
