32.3 > 40 House purchase question

Hello,
I made an offer to buy the house that I've been renting for many years. My landlord accepted the offer and so I had an attorney draw up the formal purchase agreement and sent that to her. She has not signed it or responded to phone or email inquiries yet. I'm hoping she is not changing her mind or planning to back out of the deal.

Yesterday, I asked 'How can I best approach this situation?' and got 32.3 > 40
Line three speaks of a lack of solid commitment and that's hard for me to relate to because I've taken all appropriate steps and am prepared to move forward with the deal. Could this relate to her commitment changing?

Today, I asked 'What going on with this house purchase?' and got 37.1.2.3.5.6 > 7
It certainly seems like a lot going on with all the changing lines, but I'm uncertain what it indicates and what guidance I might take from this.

Any insights will be greatly appreciated.

I read somewhere on here that when you get all move lines except one - there is emphasis on that line ??? This case it would 37.4 which says : (copied from the memorizing threads 37)
Six in the fourth place means:

This hexagram is all about family and relationships thereof. My initial thoughts are that maybe someone got sick/hurt; maybe the house is owned by more than one family members and a consensus is yet to be reach; or - because the 4th line relates to a brother's wife - maybe someone in the family doesn't want her to sell.

It changes to 7 Army and line 4 there suggests a retreat or a rest. Maybe it's just someone who is along thinker... taking time.

Just my thoughts.

Here's a quick update: my landlord finally got back to me this morning and it appears we're moving forward with the sale. She apologized for the delay and said she had needed to 'process' the whole thing.
