Hello everybody and thank you in advance for your opinions and suggestions, this is my first post..so be patient please 😊. Here’s the story..I got a new job as telephone technical support for a very famous computer company and I am currently doing the training which is very hard and implies studying the information on the computer (only at work). So we basically will be troubleshooting and we’ll be able to find The information while on a call, in some articles on the computer. Now, what happens is that even if I have the article right in front of me I can’t seem to be able to absorb the information, as if my brain refuses to take in the info in or trust it..(which is absurd I know). So my question was : what to do to be able to learn from this data base without my brain going flat as soon as the page opens? I got 33.3–>12. Which I interpreted in the worst possible way, which is : remove yourself from this electrical environment. I hope I’m wrong. If you could spare a few minutes of your time and give me a hint I’ll be very thankful. Xx

Hi Francescama,

33.3 > 12

Your question was not if you should continue in this job, but how to learn from this database. The line says that the database is rotten (the characters could be seen as "connection disappears, there is severe disease"). It will bring you good fortune to liaise with "officers and concubines", i.e. much better to ask your colleagues how things are done, than to rely on that database. Perhaps your colleagues will have some documents they use which are easier to follow, or some tips. Because of the terminology of the line, best not to ask your manager.

Hello Diamanda! Thank you very much for your answer :) I couldn’t find this post of mine anymore to see if anyone answered.. I actually found it by chance as Ching gave me the same answer on another question (where is my partner?(it doesn’t exist)). So the update on my previous question is this: I developed a condition called photophobia so I left the job. The database was for sure rotten, my manager a rude idiot and my colleagues unwilling to help. So my and your interpretation were kinda right although I didn’t want to accept it.. Thank you :)
