34.1.2.4 changing to 15

Hi all,
I am new here but have been following this site for awhile and really enjoy the insight provided by the members here. I am recently unemployed and have been thinking about pursuing that "dream" business idea I couldn't pursue with the day job...I asked the IC about directly approaching the company I think could help me the most and got 34.1.2.4, changing to 15.
Seems like 1 line is negative and 2 positive in the first hexagram-any thoughts?

I think you will get that job in the long run; however, it is not the right time to approach the company directly. Wait until you are really able to move.

Don't quit your day job (34). You are mentally prepared to begin (line 1) have overcome inner resistance and fear (line 2). Your outcome will depend on your plan (line 4), so work steadily, persistently, and thoroughly to ensure a positive response from the company -- and then succeed it will (15).
