34.4.5>5 does he have feelings for me too

I have a crush on my boss- ok not a good thing right? but I think he feels the same towards me. I asked "does T feel the same towards me? or is it just wishful thinking?" I got 34.4.5 changing to 5. I'm interpreting this to mean that he does but its not time yet. And that I just need to bide my time, do what I do, and let things progress in there own time. Any thoughts?

Well, we say here at Online Clarity that the I Ching often does not answer the sort of question you asked, about what he thinks of you. Or it does not answer in a way that can be easily interpreted.

That said, the I Ching seems to be saying that in time this crush will diminish, the way a hedge can fall apart and let you through.
