Hex 35 seems a good one.
But what do you mean with 'instigate it'? Does it mean pushing him to do something he wouldn't have done otherwise ? In that case, it could been reflecting line 35.4, where we are advised not to act like that, aren't we ? But it's just an opinion...

Well, since you didn't have line 4 as a response, it's not exactly that you shouldn't do that. It was rather my impression from what you expressed that fits in line 4.
On the other hand, why should you be waiting for someone to call ? Isn't it easier for you to contact him if you want to see him ? At least, that's what I'd do !
