Last week I made an appointment with a psychologist and as I've never visited a psychologist I asked
"how should I approach this meeting?".

The answer I got (using the sticks method) was 36.3.6 to 27
"Hiding the light" to "nourishment"

Does it mean I shouldn't share too much with this person?
I shouldn't put a lot of trust into this person or just cancel the appointment while there's still time?

36.3 You decide to do more than just hide away, you set out to hunt down what is oppressing you.
36.6 You are looking for a broader perspective on your situation. You may have high hopes for the visit but you also stay grounded, recognizing results may take time.

27. You should take care that your words be as clear and forthcoming as possible.

I see these hexgrams as advising you to be sincere and committed to the process.

Thank you Rosada for your clear and lucid explanation. Much appreciated.
It's quite correct and as such I'll bite the bullet instead of behaving like a complete coward.
