37.1.3.6 > 8 which is the best attitude to keep toward him?

Hi Folks!

please help me understand, willowfox told me ( which I take as a clear and definite answer) the guy only wants friendhsip from me, and when I ask ICwhich shall be the best attitude to keep towards him I get 37.1.3.6... > 8 ..
this is quite confusing to me...any help for interpretation is much appreciated!

could it be that this friendhsip could turn into something more?
55.4 > 36...
does not look like...for me that's negative...definitively negative :-(

With regard to your casting, the top most line is the most important, in this case being line 6 of Hex
37 - fortunately as it's the only favourable line. 'Possessing conformity, impressing thus'. Completing significant'. Line 6 is very auspicious and may well indicate romance after restriction in line 1,
followed by adversity/conflict in line 3. It could also suggest friendship. Whatever the case, the message in the line (6) is that you're appreciated.

Hex 55.4 is by no means negative. In fact it's quite positive as it suggests that after ' abounding one's screen' one meets 'one's hidden lord, significant, movement indeed'. Abounding one's screen could
possibly mean the guy is not forthcoming, wary, is showing some resistance but it should all work out as

actually this reflects our flirting-friendhsip status.
I always sensed he likes me, but he did not dare much more.
One question, I noticed in your various replies on the forum that you do not comment very much on the final Hex which results from the moving lines. Why is that? I learned that the final HEx is the one into which the situation will transform finally. It appears to me that the moving lines are much more relevant than the final Hex. Could somebody
explain the reason to me? Because I think e.g. in my case, Hex 36 would be a negative situation, if I considered it as the final stage of my situation.

I don't see that it will, you are both flailing around in the dark, he likes you, you like him but it suggests that it just won't go any further s the man in question seems to be "reserved" when it comes to matters of romance.

But by all means carry on being friendly and interested in him.

today I just asked, "what will happen by the end of the year with him'" and I got 52.1 > 22

what do u think of that, especially as our "relationship" has had some "shift" in itself lately..I sense it is evolving, as I am transforming ( with some difficulties), but as I read in one of willow's posts, transformation is hard work, and I am experiencing that, almost daily on different fronts.
The closer I get to my heart and am capable of expressing it, the closer I sense he comes...

True, I don't take the resulting/potential Hex much into consideration. But I do admit that at times
it's spot on, whether it gives a picture of the future or whether it depicts the background. Very often
the resulting/potential Hex gives a picture of the background scenario. Hence, even if your resulting
Hex is 36, it doesn't necessarily follow that your efforts will be in vain/futile. However, having
received 52.1 that may be reason for concern as its inauspicious in this context, in the sense that things may not move forward in the direction you'd lke.

Know that if things don't work out as desired, it wasn't meant to be. At times it takes quite some
time to realise ... months, even years ... in retrospect.

Hex 5 describes waiting/attending, my book refers to it as 'Attending'. So if you must wait,
do so. It also describes being caring in attitude. I'd say in this context the old sage is advising
you to take one step at a time ... a few pauses inbetween. Let things progress gradually, as
is the case in Hex 53: gradual adavancement of the geese.

If you'd previously asked what would happen by year end (before casting 52.1) take that response
into consideration.
