37.3 to 42 Question about career

Hello!
I have applied for a post of faculty in the same institute I did my masters from. Its one of the top institutes and there is a long process of selection
I asked 'What are the prospects here' and got 37.3 to 42

Since It's my Alma Mater I somehow find it like Home. But can't quite understand why people in the home scold. Could it be my professors who taught me, and are still there?
I'm moving out from my home with my child. If I do get in, I'll stay on the institute campus. Is Yi telling me that initially my child and I will be happy and things will turn bad later?

Line 3 of 37 isn't so positive, however Hex. 42 looks positive. Is it really?

I do have other career options, I just need to know if this one is worth following, or will it keep me happy. Can someone help?

37.3 to 42: line 3 plays the role of teaching. This means teaching can make income but not respected so much, so totally you have a half of hope.

In this institute the situation is vice versa - There is tremendous respect for the job, since its a respected institute however the pay is pretty low. So yeah, overall its same scenario.
