37.4 to 13 How to turn things around ?

Been pondering on how to mend fences with someone I share a business with.
We were involved two years ago and left him for another.
Last year we started seeing each other again and decided to start a business together, it seemed that unresolved past issues and the stress of opening a business was too much for him. We had power struggles and lashed out frequently in the work arena, we were not seeing eye to eye on many issues and split up but continued working together.
Now things settled down a bit professionally and we get along.. so I asked Iching-
how can I turn things around so that he wants to be with me again? 37.4 to 13...
What is the situation between us right now? 50.3.4 to 4
I found myself wishing we'd fight again just because I could stop wanting to be with him...I am stuck.
between a rock and a hard place. I wish I could take my feelings and put them in a a boxuch:

37.4 to 13 is basically saying that your motives are right and you are in charge of this situation, the harmony can come out of this desire as long as you are gentle and show appreciation of the other part's efforts.. is this person the type that likes ego-boosts and validations? Do you think you recognize his/her talents as you should? Act modest and discrete, praise this person more...

Thank you a lot Tiptoe, that's exactly what I've started to do when things improved between us. Yes he was driven by his ego and somehow could not accept that I, being a woman could match and challenge him intellectually. I will keep on doing that thanks for your reply.
