Regarding the question about the online reading versus throwing the coins: I guess the technique does not matter that much. From my own experience: I asked many times using the Flash online oracle and got answers right to the point. Of course it may be better to use the coins, especially as a beginner to avoid unthoughtfullness. Most folk - including myself - are more relaxed and centered when making a little ritual, but on the other hand, such a ritual is also possible to conduct when using the online oracle.
Regarding the question: IMHO the character of the obstacles involved is hard to tell without having more information. The whole palette you named is possible. But the Yi seems to be positive about the outcome, when you are able "to articulate the centre (of your heart)innocently". Then help from an unforseeable source can come and the obstacles can be overcome.
P.S.: I would exclude lack of feelings intuitively. Inner reasons sound better, perhaps. But as I said - hard to tell w/o more information.
PPS.: Personally I would be happy to have a name attached to you (it need not to be your real name, of course, almost erveryone here uses a pseudonym of sorts), because it is becoming hard to keep all the anonymusses apart lately. Just a suggestion, no offence taken.
