4.3 to 18 and 14.3 to 38 - work related

Dear Yi Ching CommunityI am new in the forum and yi ging is a novelty to me. Hence I would very much appreciate your guidance on received readings! Before I proceed with my question, as you may have already noticed I am not a native speaker, so please excuse my clumsy language.Here is some background to the readings: After 10 years spent abroad I returned to the place where I used to study and landed a job in a practice I was admiring all along. It took a lot of courage on my side to even apply, hence I was over the moon when they offered me a job. On the job for almost a year, I am quite puzzled not to be able to decide whether this is a place for me to stay or not ... I am not sure whether I am performing as they expect. The project I was initially employed for is still in the pipeline, so I have to help out on other projects in the meantime. The environment ist friendly, yet chaotic. Due to the fact, that I have a small baby I can not do loads of overtime - which ist generally expected, nor can I socialise wit co-workers (no lunch breaks, it's al desco for me) which makes it more difficult for me to blend in.Initial question: me at xyz - what is this about? yi: 4.3 to 18Follow up question: Is there anything i can do to make it work (i.e. my performance and perception of it)? yi: 14.3 to 38My thoughts on the reading: I am quite puzzled to understand, what Yi is trying to tell me. Have I tried to consult the oracle to often? Am I the fool for not being able to read the situation? Or is it my attitude (18) which is blocking progress? Also the follow up answer: 14 great possessing - 38 opposing. Is it me who opposes this fabulous place? Any thoughts would be highly appreciated.Many thanks!

(You asked about your performance)/4.3 to 18: When a woman(anybody) loses his mind to every handsome guy she sees, it can lead to no good. (You asked what is the job about. You also said you returned and took this job on a practice you admired)/I think you should ask yourself two questions: 4.3=Why are you really there? 14.3=Are you sure you can handle it?/From what you write I get a feeling of stubborness. 4.3 was my first reading ever and it always pops out either when I need to correct my attitude or when I'm making an inner tantrum wanting something I just can't have. If I got these readings I would sit and reconsider everything about the job and find out if I should really remain there. Does it do me any good? What am I trying to achieve?...
