Hello!

I had a very nice reading last night. I am in the process of moving across the country and a lover and I transitioning toward being friends on account of geography and lives going in opposite directions. I asked the book about the nature of the time in regards to lovers in my life. When will this old relationship be fully released and when will I welcome a new lover who is relevant to my new life and changes? I was especially interested in the future, as most of us are. I have been working with new images of what kind of lover I would like in my life at this time and how I'd like to relate to her.

I received 40.2 changing to 16. The feeling I got was encouraging and warm. There was a massive thunderstorm occurring at the same time which was synchronistic with all the talk of thunder in the hexagrams. Also interesting was the lengthly discussion of music in hex 16. I am moving to a new city to start formal studies at a university in Jazz voice, in the fall. That was almost uncanny to me. It said to me that music is a marker of the time, when music becomes ever more important to me (as necessitated by my studies) I will also see a resolution of tension and a period of new excitement/enthusiasm with a lover.

Any thoughts or angles on this from the community? Thank you!

Hey :)

I think the IC might be telling you to work thoroughly through the breakup first. This might be very important to really clear the path for your future.

Deliverance. One generously responds to forgiving wrongdoing

And the translations of Eranos are

"HSIEH : loosen, disjoin, untie, sever, scatter; analyse, explain, understand; release, dispel sorrow; eliminate effects, solve problems; resolution, deliverance. The ideogram: horns and knife, cutting into forward thrust.

From your post it seems your well underway to acheiving this.

Line 2 is
"One catches three foxes and thus acquires a yellow arrow. Testing times but advantageous." [By returning to/maintaining a true course one is successful]

This seems to be about learning as much as possible about yourself from what has just happened, and making sure your ex is not left with any hangups. It also suggest making everything even, stable and uniform before moving on.

Hexagram 16

A situation focused on planning and nervous excitement in anticipation and rehearsal of possible outcomes.

This is a very favourable hexagram, but the outcome is unclear, undefined. it involves alot of thinking ahead and also it suggests looking back again, only to clear the way forward.

I hope this Helps! :)

Hey yes this makes alot of sense.

I like usually to throw and let the message distill so I have been thinking about it and your comments as well. The book in this case is communicating a bold and obvious truth, which is that things that have a certain momentum must be brought to a halt and closed before the same energy can be channelled elsewhere. My relationship with this person has been very helpful and has really opened up my ideas of intimacy, as I am still quite young. I think the book is saying it is very important to respect what she has brought to the table and what we shared, even though it is now less relevant than ever before, based on how our lives are moving. In the valuing and respecting of her, and upholding my integrity, the intimate and/or egoic ties we share will dissolve naturally and will open up space in the future for another shot at a more refined and clear sense of what I want in a woman and my relationship with her.

I have a budding interest in astrology; it happens that at the end of October, Venus, Mercury and the Sun will transit a stellium of my Natal Sun, Mars and Pluto in the 5th house of Scorpio. I feel that this information is tangential with the book's advice, which is that what I want is coming, but is not yet alined, and the ties of the past must be dissolved appropriately and naturally to allow a full rebirth of intimacy in my new location with a new woman.

Any other comments would be most welcome!!

Thanks,

N
