the method, the way, the how it will done and also the tools to do it. In terms of the (wilhelm) translation the bow and arrow are the means, the man has both the means and the right timing to use them.

He bides his time and then acts. Why then should not everything go well? He acts and is free.

He shoots he scores...the crowd goes wild ;) This kind of release is in some respect skilled but also intrinsic.

more than the means, there is lots of importance on right timing with this line. Like knowing exactly how to catch a ball, if you reach out too early you miss if you open your hand too early the balls bounces off your palm. When you know how to catch a ball really well you dont think of it anymore, the 'means' of how to catch is now muscle memory/reflex action.( But this isnt about catching its about releasing , sorry... :D)

I'm still not clear on how it leads to 64, going to read bradford ebook now. Maybe he shoots the bird and it lands on the other side of the river so now you have to navigate this new terrain in order to get your prize.

Thankyou chingching my IChingy friend,

Maybe he shoots the bird and it lands on the other side of the river so now you have to navigate this new terrain in order to get your prize. This sounds very apt in reference to my question
