41.4->38 When will I stop suffering?

I feel so disappointed. There is a lot of pain inside me. I can't work, I can't concentrate on my duties. I have lost myself entirely. I feel depressed everything black 36 and 47. I asked I ching when I will stop suffering. I was looking some threads about my answer and I found this one:

It's similar to mine.

41 decrease -> opposition, mutual alienation, separation 38
41.4 decreasing of illness with the help of others (auspisious) 38.4 After suffering estrangement and loneliness, she met an admirable husband and mutual confidence grew between them -- unpleasantness, but no error!
I am confused about 38. On the thread above pocossin gave this answer:
41.4 > 38

Indeed hex's 38 lines shows help from a friend and 38.4 shows a woman alone who suffering her brokeup but through opposition she finds a husband and then she is happy.
Does this mean that I will be happy after my brokeup when I have a relationship? is my answer auspicious? hex 38 make me worry.

Is it possible to get support from friends at the moment or do they feel overwhelmed , i think the line is saying with support this will lead to 38, so with your last reading understand things are not what you want and possibly get support from friends or family that will help your pain slowly and lead you to 38 then you can work from that. From what I am seeing isolation is not helping, have you spoken to friends about the situation or family

No support can help me, because there are a lot of 'why' inside me who noone can handle. I just asked when my suffering will end. I was expecting a very auspicious answer because I feel I don't deserve it. I want to remove all this black thing from inside me and continue my life but it's not so easy.

That is what the line is suggesting to me, its saying with some support you will make progress.

Hi there. I think 41.4 means you have to work on it yourself. Another interpretations of the line just says you will rejoice after diminishing your pain and says nothing about others or friends arriving to help or rejoicing with you. I wouldn't focus much on hexagram 38, probably just means that having all that negativity within you and not decreasing it you are not connecting with people right now. Not sure if you have heard of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or also called Tapping... there's lots of videos on youtube about it and they surely can help in decreasing pain/loss. I understand exactly what you mean. I don't know how to stop asking why. I don't know how to stop loving her. Although everything I did was out of love and not to get anything, I just can't help feeling I gave so much love and effort and this person just didn't love me back the same...

But as to your reading, and I think, yes this opinion may actually have more to do with me, but may also be of help to you, I think 38, you are at odds with yourself and 41 line 4 "if you want contact, then make others want contact with you" meaning when you stop being at odds with yourself then you will find all the connection/company/connectedness you really need. AND YOU DO DESERVE IT!

I made one more question: What is going to happen with my depression?

I believe that 13.2 shows me staying only with my clan. I have being closed into my self in my house and 1... restart.. new beginning... So I think there are hopes for improvement.
