41.5 --> 61 Plastic Surgery

I asked the Yi "What will be the outcome if I have the surgery please?" I received hexagram 41 with the line changing at 5 to 61.

I am a novice and need help understanding wht this means for me. Any advice? Thanks!

I'm guessing the surgery is reducing in nature, and that you will feel more at one with yourself, more comfortable in your own skin.

Coincidentally, my dear friend had a facelift three weeks ago. She looked like a bombing victim at first and felt terrible. But yesterday she came over looking simply splendid. Glowing, if not numinous.
