41 Decrease unchanging

In relation to the question 'Should I text X?' I got 41 decrease unchanging..

There is a huge connection between us, but I am unsure if I should take any initiative or just wait..

I am particularly confused with how iching can answer questions you haven't asked..

i.e. it could be saying.. let go of this (though nothing has begun except a strong friendship).

Though it also says when you have little it is good to offer.. and that small sincere actions in a time of decrease have value...
