42.1.4, to 12 Please help, confused about love

Is this a really bad indicator regarding a love interest? I am very confused by this and am wondering what to make of it.

Could there possibly be something preventing this relationship from blossoming???

Or maybe hex 12 used as a background could be about you feeling stuck or stangnant. Like your relationship is not going anywhere. But (and maybe I'm projecting here) if You Maybe meet halfway (and I just got a hex on compromise). Maybe you both can unite.

Thanks Anon. What really confused me was "increase" followed by "stagnation", but it sounds like you're saying stagnation could be a backdrop? Because we are certainly at a stagnation. If there's anything there at all(which I hope there is!).
