This is regarding the same colleague(X) who is blowing hot and cold with me.So my idea is to be kind to her at work like some of you suggested. Because i would love people to be kind to me as well.So i asked a follow up question.Will kindness brings positive results with X?Hexagram 47.2 to 4547 OpressedLine 2 . I believe you nailed it: you cannot confront X directly, and kindness will have no results.
47.2 is about obtaining food/drink (= work, a living) but in an oppressive situation.
45 means play by the official/community rules.
I think the best you can do here is be politically correct and corporately polite to this colleague.

Thinking about how you got hexagram 4 for this situation in an earlier reading. Hexagram 4 has to do with fools and asking questions. Maybe since she already thinks you are a fool, I wonder if you might get positive results by asking her questions? People love to give advice and if you were to come up with a simple but genuine question now and then she may start to recognize you as someone with half a brain - after all you must be somewhat discerning to have the good sense to ask her for her wisdom and also if she gives you her insights into how to change a light bulb or whatever, then she becomes invested in your success - and viola! - she starts treating you better.

Who is it ? I don't know but it sounds like you, sounds like what you are doing. This line shows someone making offerings to someone they perceive as having some kind of authority. That is who the scarlet knee bands are. You need not take this all so seriously. You should ask yourself how much real power she has over over and consider how much you give her.

Regarding what she thinks or doesn't think about you I'd say it is not a good idea to to come to conclusions about this via I Ching readings ! She is the one with the right to tell you what she thinks of you, no one else. But what she thinks here is less important than what you do. You seem to be almost afraid, grovelling around her, so you need to be aware this authority of the scarlett knee bands really doesn't run very deep and is in your own mind more than anything. Thanks people.I dont like to burn bridges. I am a very curious person. Trusting relationships is the most difficult to develop. I am learning and hope Iching can guide me along. I agree not to come to conclusions what she thinks of me unless coming from her.I will observe from here.
