We are doing some restructuring at the moment and i have some good feelings about what we are doing.

We have a new product and to be honest have had a good response I asked what do I need to about this ne product and recieved hex 47 unchanging, was a bit taken back I do feel like that at the moment thats why we are changing what we are doing. Is the yi suggesting this will be a hard road but to be honest if thats the case I seriously cannot think of anything better so I will running with this regardless. I am not clear so I asked

Yi seems to be talking about getting the head right in line 6 and good leadership I took line 5 as allow people to take it or leave it becasue thats the way I have been sellling it staying away from the hard sell.

would be interested in any oppinions maybe I may ask about my whole plan in general.
