I've got 48 and 48.5 regarding the same issue,
I'm working with / for a man who's a good friend and sometimes in the past has been a lover.
But above all a very good friend.
Now the project we're working on has become more active and he's becoming cold and detached with me because scared of mixing personal matters with job stuff.
I'm not surprised, he's been always scared about relatonships and women, we've been talking about that and this was not an issue.
what I'm finding very difficult is the management of our relation since he's become on the defensive.
I asked how to overcome the difficulty of the situation: 48 unchanging
and, after, what should be my best attitude to find a natural way of communication with him: 48.5>46
I love this job, it's important to me, and I'm trying to accept his insecurity and his actual mood being calm and concentrate on the project. But I always feel a discomfort, it makes me sorry and makes things more difficult than they could be.
I kindly ask you for a guidance, 48 is the well, I read it as if I have to find a new source inside my well...
