Maybe its just been too long for me but this reading sounds post-coital... you sleep with her, she gets pregnant and you start a family. The last reading shows the lead up to this, enthusiastic arousing.

I'm being cheeky, but I think the first reading shows a feeling of containment perhaps, even if you get your head wet. With that in mind line 6 seems to me where the chaos of the judgement needs to be dealt with, x as your 'girlfriend' isnt the river crossed you would need to build something stable with her, a girlfriend/boyfriend relationship (or girlfriend/ girlfriend) would be the first step towards the next river to cross. I think line 6 is saying to keep that in mind, but the line is neither auspicious or inauspicious.

Hi Chingching!

Thanks for looking at my questions. That's quite a connection! I'm afraid of reading too much into my readings. I don't want to have an imaginary relationship. That's why I'm always super careful about asking the Yi questions(Okay maybe not that first one but I couldn't help it!).

I didn't realize that the shock could represent a possible lead up to the first question I asked but it makes sense. I thought it might just be talking about me getting super nervous about talking to x. Oh hell. This is going to be fun.

It definitely seems like Cupid's arrow. You go somewhere and then you realize once you come back that you have this person sitting in the visual spectrum of your head. You don't remember looking that much but the mental photography tells you a different story. It's like a hidden bit flip. I'm going to remain cautiously optimistic.
