One image of Hex. 52 is that of two mountains. This can be about being still, and also about having a firm base, and/or strong 'sense of self' (individuality, etc.).
But here it is perhaps showing that one or the other of you (or both), maybe be closed off, stuck, unable to move forward. Or ... something from your past - such as an unresolved family or relationship issue - is holding you back.
The most immediate thing to do is to take some kind of 'real world' action. And that you also need to further develop a caring attitude towards yourself, the other person and the overall situation.
One example of an action which fits these criteria would be to communicate with this other person, in a real, honest, and compassionate way. I wonder too (though this is only an idea), does doing something 'real' - and caring - mean you need to take (or make) a break from this person?
