I was undecided about a topic, so I asked the i ching for advice. I asked, if I would be able to do well if I chose topic XX.

It replied, 56,1,3,4> 27

the changing lines do not look very good, however, my topic is on psychopathology, so I wonder if the i ching is picking up on that, or that I should really stay away from it? the feedback from my teacher is that it is too difficult a topic. Should I drop it?

when I look at 27,1,3,4, I get confused because it seems a bit positive. Could someone shed light on this matter? It seems a 50/50

Thank you

56,1,3,4> 27 It does not look like a good idea, perhaps people will think that you are joking if you chose this subject, also you could well get out of your depth on this one.

27,1,3,4, Let it go otherwise you are going to be wandering the halls at night, moaning and groaning. You need help to find the right path for your further studies.

Thanks, willowfox, that sounds about right. There's a reason why my teacher pointed me to the simpler topics. I was interested in this topic for a certain reason; I guess i just didnt know enough about it to meet the current deadline.

Thanks for your help!
