I'm hoping to finally put some long awaited business plans into action and was thinking of making a particular product to complement it.

How would it benefit me to make this product specifically for selling through my business?

Hex 56 unchanging

My take on this is what I make is moving on to another or others in this case as in customers.
What do you think?

this looks like making unsteady progress .. whatever you're adding it doesn't look like it's inherent to your business or a positive addition . . maybe it will make you some quick profit but nothing stable enough to consider it worthwhile.


There's also another link here, in the original meaning of commerce, which was derived from 'traffic' . . this answer might be asking you back whether you are aware of the 'rules of conduct', ie how the market operates as far as this new product is concerned. If not, the hexagram doesn't bode that well and it might be an unnecessary risk ('burn your business out' )

Thanks rodaki and butterfly spider. That's a shame because they're simple to make costing me very little but could make a good profit although not a stable one as you pointed out. More of a novelty thing.

I see 56uc as meaning this product itself is The Traveler. You make it and then it moves on. Perhaps 56uc could also refer to all the people who will pass through your life - customers - as a result of you having this product to sell.
I think the answer is significant in that it doesn't seem to describe a bigger scenario. It's not saying, "Oh making and selling this will led to fame and fortune!" or "Beware dragonss!" Rather it seems kinda flat like, "You've got a product to sell so it will lead to you selling a product."

Thanks rosada I felt the same thing with this reading otherwise I may have got different hexagrams like 60 or 12 etc.
